Class Descriptions
- HIT - HIGH INTERVAL TRAINING.
In this class, training can be as intense as you want it to be.
We work 30- or 45-second intervals, mixed with cardio
and strength training using our body weight.

Join the party: a mix of dance and aerobics based on energizing rhythms and choreographies inspired by dances
from around the world (Latin, hip hop, African, swing, etc.). You will have a fun and effective workout! Guaranteed!
- SALSA FIT
Come and try the only dance cardio class out there that uses ONLY salsa.
We will work out cardio and our salsa moves and we will even build a nice little choreo at the end of the class!!!
