Let’s change the way we talk: instead of wanting to lose fat, how about we try to build muscle?

Actually, why is nobody talking about muscle health ??? 🧐 What I hear a lot are girls being scared of hitting the gym because they might start looking like a dude… This is wrong! Ladies, we don’t have the testosterone levels required to build up like that, so please stop worrying about that.

You should rather worry about your muscles and how healthy they are:

It will also improve your #bodycomposition and help with weight maintenance.

✅ Bottom line: No, you will not look like a dude, you will rather improve your health and your longevity.
