These brownies will surprise you: they are delicious and have a healthy touch, since they have an ingredient that will provide you with fiber and protein: black beans!
These brownies are:
Super delicious
High in vegetable protein and fiber
A healthy dessert or snack
Low in added sugar, flour or artificial ingredients.
In the following video you will see how to prepare them:
Ingredients:
1 cup of cooked black beans (unsalted)
1 ripe banana
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
3 tablespoons oat flour
3 tablespoons honey (a little more or a little less depending on how sweet you like it)
a pinch of salt
optional: 40 gr of dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 350
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Transfer to a baking dish, space the mixture and add the chocolate pieces.
Bake for 30-35 minutes
Let cool, cut and enjoy.
