If you only have 5 minutes left, add this to your workout for a total upper body burn. If you have more time, then feel free to do this 2 or 3 times!

This sequence includes items that you might have at home or that are sometimes ignored at the gym (like the TRX, the BOSU and a broomstick).

TRX stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise, and is a workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability.

Bosu‘ stand for ‘both sides up,’ because it can be used with the flat base on the floor with the dome side facing up, or as a wobble board with the dome side facing down. It serves as a more practical and useful version of the traditional stability ball.

And the broomstick… I don’t think I need to explain that one, right?

As for the workout, here is what you need to do:

Do each move for around 45 seconds:

TRX Pike with Hip Abduction
BOSU Push-Up with Obliques Activation
Shoulder Mobility with a broomstick From
Sit Ups with a broomstick
Leg Raises
