This is a recipe for low-carb, keto friendly tortillas which are perfect for low-carb snacks, lunches and meals. They have a soft and pliable texture, you won’t believe how easy they are to make!

Are traditional tortillas keto?

Traditional corn tortillas and flour tortillas are not really keto friendly. They are primarily made of carbs and contain very little fiber. They also are made of corn and flour, two ingredients not suitable for a keto diet. Luckily, now you have this recipe that uses almond and coconut flour instead of corn or wheat, they use almond flour!

No eggs, no yeast, and no grains are needed, but you’d never tell. The texture is tender, soft, and perfectly pliable to use like actual tortillas! Although they use almond flour, there are NO almond or nut flavors throughout- They taste like real deal tortillas!

You will need only four ingredients plus water, salt and olive oil.

Ingredients:

3/4 cups of almond flour
1/3 cup of coconut flour
2 tbsp xantham gum
1/2 tsp baking powder
a pinch salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup of warm water

Mix and follow the video.. it is super easy!!!
